Give Shoes Give Hopes!

Attention Green Bay! Get ready to step up and make a difference! We're excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to declutter your closets and support a great cause! Community Services Agency (COMSA) and Funds2Orgs are partnering up for a community-wide Shoe Drive!

What's it all about?

From [August 15th] to [Mid-October], we're collecting gently worn, used, and new shoes of all kinds. These donated shoes will be donated by Funds2orgs to aspiring entrepreneurs in third-world countries as merchandise. They can then sell the shoes to support themselves and their family. The shoes will not only find new life on the feet of people in need around the world, and there’s more the funds we receive from the drive will also help us raise funds for COMSA initiatives right here in our community. Initiatives like women empowerment, senior care program, after-school, and much more. It’s a win-win-win-win! You can declutter your closets, COMSA gets funds for our programs, the entrepreneurs can support their families, and the buyers get cool kicks!

Why donate your shoes?

  • Give back: Your simple act of donating shoes can make a significant difference in someone's life by providing a source of income and the buyers’ essential footwear

  • Support COMSA: The funds raised through this shoe drive will directly support COMSA's programs and initiatives, benefiting immigrants, refugees, and the wider Green Bay community.

  • Sustainable impact: By giving your shoes a second life, you're contributing to a more sustainable environment by reducing waste.

How can you participate?

It's easy! Simply gather any shoes you no longer need – sneakers, sandals, boots, dress shoes, you name it! Make sure they are in wearable condition (no holes or excessive damage, please).
